Jobs Growth Case Study
Jessica is 19 years old with very little work experience. Her biggest barrier was her lack of confidence in applying for jobs and preparing for an interview.
Jessica started the Jobs Growth training on 27th May 2014 and completed on 6th June 2014 and by her own admission she learned a lot from the training and now felt fully prepared and confident when attending interviews. She attended job support appointments with her advisor and applied for a vacancy with Salvation Army, she attended for an interview on 13th August and was subsequently offered the job and started work on 19th August 2014 on a part time contract and is still enjoying her job.
