PRIVACY STATEMENT

Security of personal data

The Lennox Partnership will ensure that personal data is not processed unlawfully, lost or damaged. If you have access to personal data during the course of your training, you must also comply with this obligation. If you believe you have lost any personal data in the course of your training, you must report it to your facilitator immediately. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal from the workshop without notice.

Access to personal data ["subject access requests"]

The Data Protection Act gives you the right to access the personal data held about you by The Lennox Partnership.

The Lennox Partnership will arrange for you to see or hear all personal data held about you within 40 days of receipt of a written request and subject to a £10.00 administration fee.

Declaration: I declare that the above information is correct and would like to register as a client for one or more North Ayrshire Employability Pipeline Support services.  I consent to North Ayrshire Council and its partners processing personal/sensitive data by means of information and communication technology or otherwise, which I have provided. I understand that the programmes delivered through the North Ayrshire Employability & Skills pipeline are funded from European social fund.   I understand that this information will be held on a database and this copy in my client file.  This information can be exchanged between partnership organisations and external agencies who will help me reach my job/training goals.
