Funding Partners

The Lennox Partnership works with many partners to achieve its goals and objectives of: increasing employability amongst disadvantaged groups in the labour market, promoting employment opportunities to disadvantaged communities and helping to strengthen business connections with local communities. These aims are often shared with many of our funding and partner organisations in the public sector and with whom we enjoy good working relationships with assisting them to put their policies into action through providing creative and innovative solutions to policy drivers.

We understand the policy priorities of Local Authorities and National Skills and Enterprise Agency Networks and often form part of the intermediary supply chain to deliver key programmes of activity across many European funded and collaborative partner projects aimed at disadvantage individuals looking for sustainable employment opportunities.

The Lennox Partnership is now extending its sphere of influence and best practice in employability across other parts of Scotland including; Clackmannanshire, Fife, North Lanarkshire, North Ayrshire and Inverclyde.
