About JETS

The Lennox Partnership is working with Capita, helping the Department of Work and Pensions get Scotland back into work through the Job Entry Targeted Support (JETS) programme. JETS was set up in response to the Covid-19 pandemic targeting individuals who have been unemployed for over 3 months into sustainable work.

Jobseekers within JETS meet regularly with an employment advisor who provides specialist advice to enhance knowledge and skills when applying for jobs. This tailored guidance helps support individuals by building their confidence levels and in turn, helping them secure stable employment.
