JOBlink
JOBlink is an independent advisory service which helps unemployed residents in Dunbartonshire and North Ayrshire into sustainable employment by identifying appropriate training and employment opportunities.

Joblink for Young People
The Joblink for Young People project provides tailored jobsearch advice and guidance for trainees participating in Get Ready for Work and New Deal programmes within West Dunbartonshire.

Junior WITH
Junior WITH is an innovative training programme currently running in Dunbartonshire. The programme has been designed specifically to support young people, between the ages of 16 and 18 years old, gain jobs in the growth sectors of tourism, hospitality and

Medical Administrator Programme
The Medical Administrator Programme is a 14 week course aimed at West Dunbartonshire residents who are unemployed and have decided to update their skills in order to gain employment in an administration role within the Healthcare Sector.

STRIVE
The STRIVE (Support and Training Results in Valuable Employees) project is a new and innovative programme to help unemployed disadvantaged individuals into employment.

The Prince's Trust
The Lennox Partnership facilitates The Prince's Trust in the Dunbartonshire area. This partnership provides practical support including training, mentoring and financial assistance to 16-25 year olds in this area and allows them to realise their potential

WITH
Working in Tourism and Hospitality (WITH) offers free training to help unemployed people aged 18 years and over, or those under the threat of redundancy, develop the necessary skills to gain employment in the growing tourism and hospitality sectors.

Working for Families
The aim of the project is to tackle poverty and worklessness in West Dunbartonshire by ensuring that childcare is not a barrier to parents entering education, training or employment.

Construction
According to official figures, the number of Construction Apprentices in training in the whole of the Scottish Enterprise area was 5567 as at the 30th June 2005, an increase of 21% from 25th October 2002
