Biography: Ann has worked for The Lennox Partnership since May 2002. As well as being a member of the Senior Management Team, Ann is also responsible for the successful delivery of three projects: Working in Tourism & Hospitality (WITH) Project, Medical Administration and the Joblink for Young People Programme. This includes creating and implementing project goals, supervising and providing direction to project staff and the evaluation of the projects. Ann is also an active member of the Dunbartonshire Tourism Alliance. The Alliance aims are to look at tourism recruitment and skills issues within Dunbartonshire and identify ways of improving the standards and quality of this sector within the area. Before working for The Lennox Partnership, Ann was employed by Equifax for almost 20 years during which time she developed her operational and project management skills.

Biography: John has worked for The Lennox Partnership for 5 years. As JOBlink Manager he is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the JOBlink project across Dunbartonshire. To date, in Dunbartonshire over 1,000 unemployed people have been supported back to work. John delivers the project goals with the support of a team of JOBlink co-ordinators. John has previously worked for the Manpower Services Commission as Adult Training Development Manager for Scotland and for Scottish Enterprise for 10 years. During this time his responsibilities included the development and implementation of the Local Enterprise Company role in the New Deal through his participation as a member of the Welfare to Work Committee for Scotland. |

Biography: Margo has worked for The Lennox Partnership for 4 years, she was initially employed as a Joblink Co-ordinator and has worked on various other projects including Supported Employment, Better Neighbourhood Services Fund and Post Employment Aftercare.
Her current role is managing the Young People and Family Support Team where she is responsible for the delivery of Joblink for Young People, Working for Families and Post Employment Aftercare. This includes ensuring the various projects are achieving their agreed targets, supervising and providing direction to the project staff and the monitoring and evaluation of projects.
Prior to working with The Lennox Partnership, Margo worked within the training network for 14 years developing her knowledge of the various government funded training programmes.

There is real potential for this to grow in coming years if Scotland can capitalise on its tourism assets and respond to market trends.
