The Lennox Partnership, (TLP), is a leading not-for-profit organisation based in Dunbartonshire and operates in Scotland with a centralisation of its delivery services in the Greater Glasgow area, providing specialist intermediary support services in the regeneration field on behalf of public sector agencies. Since its creation over 20 years ago in 1988, TLP has amassed a range of experience and expertise servicing the Employability market and developed new and leading edge services to deliver success for its public sector clients as part of a wide ranging programme of assistance.

Offering a comprehensive employability service to businesses, TLP has helped over 700 people into work in a range of different sectors and works with over [ ] employers – large and small – in all business sectors. We pride ourselves in being a market leader in supporting employers through the sometimes time consuming and costly process of finding the right people, with the right skills for the right job.

We provide a bespoke in depth consultancy approach to our clients – individuals, businesses, and funding organisations – of all sizes across all sectors. Our advice is both practical and evidence based and we work collaboratively with clients to find employability solutions that are sustainable, innovative and help build their capacity to develop themselves and their organisations over the longer term.
