Damon is a director of Nonconform Limited, a full service branding, design and web agency with offices in Glasgow and Liverpool.
He has 25 years of marketing experience working across a range of sectors and businesses in a number of senior management positions.
Before setting up his own business he was Head of Operations, Marketing and Events at Loch Lomond Shores in Balloch, Scottish Enterprise Dunbartonshire's flagship visitor and retail destination.
He is Vice President of Dunbartonshire Chamber of Commerce and a director of the Lennox Partnership.
