Head of Operations
Lynne Anderson joined The Lennox Partnership in March 2018 bringing 12 years’ experience skilled in Employability and Business development in the both public and third sectors. Initially recruited in March 2018 as a Project Leader within the Scottish Governments Flagship Project - Fair Start Scotland contract delivery in Glasgow central belt managing a large team of Employability Key Workers ensuring targets, performance, and key development indicators were achieved.
Lynne was promoted to Head of Delivery within the JETS Team (Job Entry and Targeted Support) in Jan 2021 covering the Glasgow Central belt. JETS is a digital employment support provision created to support people made unemployed by COVID-19 back to work. Lynne’s main remit was to lead the delivery of the provision ensuring all contractual and performance targets are achieved coupled with effective management of all JETS staff members.
Lynne was then promoted to Head of Operations within TLP in Aug 2022. Lynne is responsible and accountable for leading the operational delivery of all TLP contracts, ensuring Project Leaders are managed and supported to ensure successful performance is delivered, and continuously looks to improve and increase Project Managers' capabilities and the delivery against their targets.
