Meet the Team

Laura joined The Lennox Partnership in March 2021 having previously worked in Training and Recruitment for over 15 years in the Utilities and Construction Industry. Laura started her career with The Lennox Partnership as a Key Worker on the JETS program which is a digital support program targeted toward people who lost their jobs through COVID. She very quickly progressed to an Employment Engagement Officer for JETS which involved visiting local job centers in Glasgow and Central belt and promoting the program.

Laura is now a Project Leader and currently manages 2 programs in East Dunbartonshire, Fair Start Scotland, which is a program designed to support people with barriers that are stopping them from finding employment, and also Make It Work East Dunbartonshire. Make It Work is designed to support people who have had a history of the Criminal Justice system towards a positive destination such as training or employment.
