Small Business Financial Management (SBFM)

This initiative was delivered for more than ten years in Dunbartonshire, Glasgow and Renfrewshire. Entrepreneurs who start-up businesses do so because they have passion and expert knowledge within their sector. This fully accredited finance training was designed to give them the financial management skills to run their businesses in a profitable way on an ongoing basis. They were also able to prepare longer term financial plans and funding bids or loan applications that were based on robust finance models.
